Bathroom-(Main). Two (2) times a
week. Clean Sinks, Toilet, Tub, Floors, and Mirror. Cleaner, Scrubbing
Bubbles, Soft Scrub, Comet.
Bathroom-(Secondary). Two (2)
times a week. Clean Sinks, Toilet, Tub, Floors, and Mirror. Cleaner,
Scrubbing Bubbles, Soft Scrub, Comet.
All Common Areas and
Hallways. Three (3) times a
week. Sweep edges of around walls, spot clean any stains, and vacuum.
Living Room and Family Room.
Daily. Dust, Windex, Keep in order, straighten up furniture.
Windows-Once per week. Clean with Windex.
Kitchen. Once per week or as
needed. Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Counter Tops, Sink, and all other
surfaces. Clean with appropriate cleaner.
Kitchen. Once per week. Clean
Cabinets and Polish. Clean Floor.
Garbage and Trash. Once per week or as needed. Empty Bathroom and
Kitchen Trash. Take out Black Can and Blue Can night before Garbage Pickup.
Bring Cans in after Garbage Pickup.
Front Yard and Porch. Two (2)
times per week or as needed. Pick up any trash, spray weeds with weed killer
(at the beginning of the week), pull weeds (at end of the week), clean door
mats, sweep sidewalks and driveway.
Back Yard, Porch, and Alley. Once
per week or as needed. Pick up any trash, pull weeds, spray with weed
killer, clean door mat, sweep sidewalks and patio, clean Barbeque.
Back Yard. Monthly. Spray for bugs around
perimeter of home and at any nests that you see (i.e., Ants). DO NOT ATTEMPT
to disturb any wasp or bee nests. Notify Manager Immediately.
Use any protective items for all chores that
may be required. Rubber Gloves, Breathing Masks, and Goggles are available
from the Manager.
